Long time no write eh. Maybe it's futile to revive this blog.. sigh. Anyway, for the last few months I've experienced the world of art by becoming a street caricature artist under the guidance of my lecturer, so far I think I this type or art is quite interesting. I made quite some buck selling my caricature. :D

Here's the current caricature I've been working on. Also this is my first attempt at drawing caricature using the digital media.

So that's it for now. Hope I will write here again soon.

Vanguard Princess

Bet you never heard of this game, huh?

Well, Vanguard Princess is a fighting game for pc developed by Sugeno Tomoaki who is apparently an ex-employee of CAPCOM.

As you can see from those videos. This game is a moelicious fighting game with much much more fanservice than Arcana Heart has to offer. The sprites and animation are epic and best of all IT'S FUCKING FREE.

For working with AppLocale(without regional settings change) you needs:

Miku looking at an artificial brain of the future vocaloid which reside in a development capsule inside a room which could manipulate gravity (hence the floating). The keyboard thing was used to input a musical pattern inside the still-in-development artificial brain.

Story behind this: I was thinking how vocaloid came to be. Since I like to consider them to be living in the future and not human (probably cyborg or android etc). So I come out with the artificial brain in an oversized capsule >_>.. Of course, this is completely fanonical

Apparently I decided to challenge my limit in drawing.
I'm experimenting with crazy hair style, perspective, etc.

FUCKING HUGE AXE!!!! She can wield it with only one hand. Equipped on her left hand is a not-so-round round shield, that metal ball were used as a range weapon. She doesn't wear anything underneath that skirt of hers. If you dare to take a peek, your 'head' will fall on the ground, yes, that 'head'.

This year's 12th issue of Square Enix's Young Gangan seinen manga magazine will announce on Friday that a television sequel for the Darker than BLACK anime has been green-lit. A file purportedly leaked from the anime studio last July had the plans for an anime series with original director Tensai Okamura. Character designer Yuji Iwahara had launched a new manga version of the anime in the 11th issue of the same Young Gangan magazine last month.

Funimation is releasing the first anime series in North America.

While I was lurking on ATS board (In case you were wondering why I was there, lets just say I'm one of those people who experienced a few close encounters), I came across this rather sad news.

'Barking' Feral Girl 'Raised By Dogs'

A five-year-old girl who was allegedly "brought up" by cats and dogs in a flat has been taken into care, Russian police have revealed.

The child, who lived in the eastern Siberian city of Chita, could not speak Russian and acted like an dog.

"For five years, she was 'brought up' by several dogs and cats and had never been outside," a police statement said.

"The unwashed girl was dressed in filthy clothes, had the clear attributes of an animal and jumped at people," it said.

The flat had no heat, water or sewage system.

A police spokeswoman said the girl, known as Natasha, is being monitored by psychologists in an orphanage.

Her mother was being questioned but her father has not been found yet.

She has the appearance of a two year old, although her real age is five.

The youngster refuses to eat with a spoon and has taken on many of the gestures of the animals with which she lived, police said.

"When carers leave the room, the girl jumps at the door and barks," the police said.

Feral children, the stuff of folklore all over the world, usually exhibit the behaviour of the animals with whom they have had closest contact.

The condition is known as the Mowgli Syndrome after the fictional child from Rudyard Kipling's The Jungle Book who was raised by wolves.

Such children have usually built strong ties with the animals with whom they lived and find the transition to normal human existence highly traumatic.

Looking at the state of absolute poverty at some part of Russia, it is to be understandable how something horrible like this could've happen. But still, what an utterly irresponsible parent this poor girl has. They could've given her to people who wanted a child but couldn't instead of abandoning her like this, or something better.

This is not exactly the first time a feral child case like this occurred in Russia either. Some of the known cases are Andrei Tolstyk (2004) abandoned by both parents only to be raised by guard dog, and Lyokha (December 2007) living together with wolves. I'm positive there many more cases like these goes unreported all across the globe.

Poor girl, I wonder how this will effect her life in the future.

Recently, I started watching a new animu series K-ON!. This show is about girls playing music, moe moe kyun ♥, et cetera. It's your "So moe, I'm gonna die!" type of animu. Seriously. Yui is such a moeblob.

K-ON! animation quality is decent (Oh lulz, poorly drawn fingers.), honestly I was expecting a better animation from KyoAni. :V

Nevertheless, if moe~ is your cup of coffee, then I definitely recommend you to check this one out.

In case you were wondering what the hell is "moe moe kyun" then you ought to educate yourself by watching this ~~LSD trip~~ video below.

I've actually been practising the art of lucid dreaming since last year and so far I have successfully controlled my dreams a few times. The first time I manage to have total control over my dream world which is quite intriguing and I believe I've managed to once again control my dream last night.
My goal is to achieve the state of mental projection/astral projection (These are the occult term of the phenomena, the scientific term is "Out-of-body Experience") through lucid dreaming (though I'm pretty positive that I've projected at least once).

Anyway, this is cool stuff and you definitely need to try it and who knows, you just might be able to realise your wildest fantasy in your own fully manipulatable dream world. Heheheh.
